College of Business and Economics Locker Rental Application

Thank you for your interest in renting a locker in Boise State University Micron Business and Economics Building (College of Business and Economics). Any current Boise State University Student or Employee is eligible to rent a locker; please use your Boise State Email Address when filling out the application below.
  • Regular, 1 Semester Rental is $10
  • Regular, 1 Academic-year Rental is $15
  • Large, 1 Semester Rental is $15
  • Large, 1 Academic-year Rental is $25

• Items left behind will be transferred to a Lost and Found collection site: COBE Room 1213; COBE Advising Office. Items indicated on the Lost and Found Property Disposition as "Will Not Accept – Immediate Disposal" will be immediately disposed of.

Semester rentals: 
• Lockers must have all items removed and cleaned out on or before the Last Date of Course Instruction each semester.

Academic-year rentals: 
• Academic-year is defined as 2 Semesters; if you rent in the Fall semester you will have access for the Fall and the following Spring Term; if you rent in the Spring semester you will have access for the Spring and following Fall Term. Lockers must be cleared out for Fall and Summer breaks. Locker combinations change every semester.

• Lockers must have all items removed and cleaned out on or before the Last Date of Course Instruction per semester. This includes clearing out lockers for Fall and Summer breaks since locker combinations change every semester.

Use of Locker. The Renter may use the Locker only to store household and other personal property of the Renter. The Renter must not store in the Locker: 

• Any combustible, inflammable or hazardous materials or substances. 

• Any food or any other items that may have an objectionable odor or that may decay. And,

• Any item that would result in a violation of any law or regulation applicable to the policies of Boise State University and the Boise State University College of Business and Economics.

Renter’s Care of the Locker. The Renter shall keep the Renter’s Locker clean and in good order. The Renter shall keep the Locker locked except when placing items in or removing items from the Locker. The Renter shall not make any alteration to the Locker.
