In consideration of my participation in the Naked Goddess Swim, I: *
Acknowledge and fully understand that I will be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death, and severe economic losses due to the actions, inactions or negligence of myself or others, or the condition of any equipment used, regardless of who supplies it. Further, there may be other risks not known to me or not reasonably foreseeable at this time. *

Release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Human Access Project, Naked Goddess Swim, its respective administrators, directors, agents, and/or employees of the organization, volunteers, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, and advertisers, collectively referred to as "Releasees", from demands, losses or damages on account of injury, including death or damage to or loss of property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence or faults of the Releasees. *

I agree that prior to and while participating in Naked Goddess Swim, I will not consume alcoholic beverages, that I will wear my personal floatation device at all times while near and/or in the river, and I will stay within the boundary of safety paddlers on the west side of the channel. I understand crossing the Willamette River will expose me to risk and will compromise the overall safety of the event. *

I understand Naked Goddess Swim requires all participants to wear a personal safety device at all times. It is up to me to obtain a personal safety device commensurate with my swimming ability. If I do not have a personal safety device I will not be permitted to participate in the Naked Goddess Swim. *

All registration fees are final, unless participant signed up through Eventbrite, which charges additional fees, but will provide full refunds up until two weeks before the event. No refunds given for any reason if signed up through Naked Goddess Swim website (no fees), only event credit and transfers (24 hours in advance). In the event of event cancellation due to circumstances beyond event producer's control, registration fees will be treated as a donation to Human Access Project a 501c3 - not for profit organization. Caps and bags can be picked up at event sponsor, Popina Swimwear. The fees for Naked Goddess Swim are deductible to the extent allowed by law; pleases check with a tax advisor for details about your personal situation. *

I hereby grant to the Naked Goddess Swim, the right to use discreet and tasteful photographic images with minimal nudity of myself taken during the event suitable for the purpose of marketing, and promotions, in both print and electronic material/media. I agree that all photographs/images will be used without identification of individuals depicted for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, marketing and website content. No images may be sold or transferred for profit by the Naked Goddess Swim. *
