Each student group (or individual) may nominate only one speaker.

This nominated individual must be a scholar (either a postdoctoral fellow or professor) and be based in California. Their research should focus on the MENA region.

CMENA's prize committee will review the applications. If selected the scholar will be invited to give a talk at UCSC in the Spring of 2026. CMENA will cover transportation, one night of lodging, and the honorarium for their visit.
