Please read and acknowledge the following statements regarding vendor fees:

Community is built through mutual aid and support. As a local community organization, LFM believes that participation in the market should be equitable and accessible for all, and is continually exploring ways to recognize and resist the existing discriminatory structural imbalances in our economy. By creating a tiered vendor fee structure, which covers the majority of our operating costs, we encourage our community of vendors to be honest and accountable in their economic standing so that all participants may have the foundation to grow, in business and in life.

Full Season: $250/$450/$650

Half Season: $125/$225/$325

Day/Drop-In: $25/$45/$65

After your waitlist application is reviewed and accepted, we will contact you regarding fees for the dates you will be attending. Please contact the market directly to discuss the possibility of payment plans or extenuating financial circumstances.

Non-profit organizations and informational or educational groups are not required to pay a fee, yet all must still apply for acceptance.

No refunds will be offered for any vendor who “drops out” of the market or fails to fulfill their intended level of participation.

Please note that vendor acceptance and participation in the 2026 season does not guarantee acceptance in 2027. All vendors and their products will be reviewed annually by the Market Manager and Board of Directors.
