It's time to build.

On the #SouthernPeoplesPower Weekend, April 9, 10 & 11, 2021, the Southern Movement Assembly is calling our frontline communities to gather and organize public actions that lift our Southern voices to name what we want to build in our communities. Let's use art and culture to organize actions that reimagine health, safety, work, and land for the people.

Our goal is to show our visions for the world we are building.

April 9: #WeDeclare - Policy & climate actions at Southern Capitols
April 10: #HearThePeople - Actions everywhere to name what we are building in our communities
April 11: #ShowOurPower - Share what we did & show Southern people rising up!
