By participating in the Big Butt Fun Run, I acknowledge and agree that I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation in this event. I hereby release and hold harmless the City of Johnstown, the Rotary Club of Johnstown, their officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or connected with my participation in the Big Butt Fun Run, including, but not limited to, any claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death. I understand that this waiver is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
