GEMS Registration Form 2024-2025
The GEMS Program at Cornerstone CRC is for girls in grades 4 through 6.

Start Date/Registration Night: Tuesday, September 24 from 7-8:30pm
When: TUESDAY evenings (every other) from 7-8:30pm (end of September - end of April)
Where: Cornerstone CRC (9800 McNaught Road)
Cost: $75/girl (we do not want this to be a deterrent to join, so please contact the church office, Pastor Erik or the GEMS lead counsellor if the fee is a financial burden).

Payment must be made through etranfer to gems@cornerstonecrc.ca, cash, or a cheque payable to ‘Chilliwack GEMS’.
