Scrittorio Magazine, Ramadan 1445 Issue
Salaam, fellow Muslim writers of fiction!

For this Ramadan, Scrittorio is going to be releasing a special issue for Muslim fiction writers. As of the making of this form, there are articles dealing with:
  • Writing Fiction as a Muslim Author
  • What is Islamic Fiction?
  • Sadaqa Jariyah through Fiction Writing
  • Writing Ideal vs. Realistic Muslim Characters
  • The Importance of Critical Thinking for Muslim Readers
  • Dua and Prayers for Writing Success
This set of topics may change depending on time constraints. One of the things I would like to do is engage more Muslim writers of fiction. If you would like to be involved, please take 5-10 minutes to fill out the following questionnaire, which asks for your thoughts on the above topics. You don't have to answer all of the questions! You can pick the topic(s) you want to talk about or have something to say for, and write a short paragraph expressing your thoughts.

You will also be asked to provide your name, one or more social media handles that I can link in the issue, and your email (to get a copy of the issue to your inbox). Your email won't be shared.

Think of it like a mini-interview for the different topics listed above. My hope is that I'll be able to feature your thoughts in the issue, and that readers everywhere can learn from your experiences, your advice, and consider your thoughts.

To learn more about this issue, check out my blog post here.
If you have any questions, please contact me here.

***Please note that I cannot guarantee that any of your responses will make it into the issue. This is not a reflection on how good they are - simply a reflection of the limited space available in the issue! Thank you for your understanding.
