Submission
I realize that kids camp is for the kids. I may be asked to serve in various ways I don't really want to. This could include cleaning the bathrooms, doing dishes, helping out in classes, counselor relief, recreation help, as well as an array of other jobs. I understand that I am attending camp to serve, not to be served. I also understand that by submitting this form I am not guarantied a position until notified by the director. I also understand that if accepted I still need to submit a medical release form and if under 18 it must have parent/guardian signature. *
