Use this form to book places on the District 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY' Camp 2025 Sat 2 August - Saturday 9 August.

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total cost of your booking will be required to secure your places . Details will follow by email.

Prices shown are the maximum we will charge. If the price comes down, this will be reflected in your final invoice which will be due in July 2025.

Squirrels are expected to camp with parent(s) on Group sites. This 'ticket' gives Squirrels access to all appropriate District organised activities during their stay and includes Camp merchandise.

This 'ticket' is for supervising adults and YLs and only covers fees and security costs. It does not give access to onsite activities. YLs wanting to take part in activities should purchase a Young Person's Day Ticket.

Adult Volunteers overnight
Leaders and other volunteers who are staying overnight (camping in tents with their Groups or indoors) are required to pay a nominal fee to cover camp fees and security costs. This fee DOES NOT cover entrance to activities which may be charged separately. Naturally, all adults staying overnight must be DBS checked.

Adult Volunteers - indoor accommodation
Leaders and other volunteers who are not required to camp with their Groups may wish to reserve indoor accommodation. Single occupancy rooms subject to availability. Flat fee £30 per person regardless of number of nights. This price DOES NOT cover any catering or £10 overnight fee which should be purchased separately. District provided meals will be charged separately.
