Summer League-2024 K-2nd grade/Magoffin County Quarterback Flag Football
Thank you for your interest in playing Flag football/cheerleading for the Magoffin County Quarterback Booster club this 2024 season! This is a fundraiser to support our local football organizations!  We hope to have the best season yet! Below is your form to collect all information. Please make sure you read everything, sign and submit. Once you have completed your form please send your payment over to MAGOFFINCOUNTYQUARTERBACKCLUB@gmail.com please select friends and family, if not, please add $1 to your grand total to cover fees taken out by Paypal. (Please include in the note section who you're paying for and your name if it is different on PayPal.

$30 for a single player-$50 for siblings (If more than 2 participating in the same household, please add $25 for each additional child.
