Madison Area USBC Scholarship Application
The Madison Area USBC annually awards five scholarships in the amounts of $1500, $1250, $1000, $750, and $500.

Scholarship winners are chosen by the Madison Area USBC Scholarship Committee.

Scholarship money will be deposited directly into the student’s SMART account. https://www.bowl.com/smart/

SMART funds are paid directly to the secondary educational institution and may be used for tuition and fees, on-campus meal plans, on-campus housing plans, textbooks, required class supplies, and equipment necessary for completion of a course or program.

Application Requirements
Madison Area USBC scholarships are available to any graduating senior who is a certified member in good standing of a youth bowling program in a Madison Area member center.

Applicant must be planning to attend an accredited secondary learning institution. This may be a public or private university, junior or state college, business school, technical institute, vocational school, or specialized trade school.

Applications must be completed in full by the applicant.  This form serves as the application.

This application must be accompanied by two letters of reference, one from a teacher or school official. Email to mba@madisonba.com.

Applications must be accompanied by a high school transcript.  Email to mba@madisonba.com.

Applications missing any information at the due date are automatically rejected.


All applications and accompanying documentation must be received by the Madison Area USBC office by February 1.
