BCPFFA Level 1 Worker Advocacy Course, Workers' Advisers Office - Kelowna

This course, designed for firefighters, provides participants with general knowledge about how physical and mental injury claims are initially handled by WCB. It also provides some information to assist Locals with best practices for developing their own internal policies and procedures for advocacy work and knowledge about resources available to unions and their members.

Time: 9am to 4:00 pm each day
