Gender Equality in Law Model Policy Adoption/Endorsement Form
The Gender Equality in Law Campaign (GELC) has three goals: Awareness, Advocacy and Activation. Adopting or endorsing the Gender Equality in Law Model Policy falls under Activation. 

An endorsement is a public declaration that your organization supports the IAWL Model Policy.

An adoption is a commitment by your organization to incorporate the IAWL Model Policy into your policy framework or align your existing gender policy with the IAWL Model Policy.   

The IAWL Model Policy is a free document which all organizations can reproduce by acknowledging and citing IAWL as the source.
