Please submit this form to apply for a special need-based discount to attend a GSTC Sustainable Hotel Course (SHC).

SHC need-based discounts are awarded on the basis that the applicant, if accepted, will register for and participate in the training class associated with the discount offer. Therefore, please only apply for the training class that you are certain to attend if accepted (i.e. you are available for the scheduled training dates and can cover any related expenses).

The SHC need-based discounts are available to (a) Students who are currently enrolled in a university or college and are pursuing a degree in a field relevant to sustainable tourism, or (b) Professionals who demonstrate genuine needs (e.g. micro-enterprises, small local community organizations, those based in an emerging destination).

The discount value is 40% off the regular registration rate as published on each training class registration form. The discount cannot be combined with other offers. Each SHC training class has a limited number of seats reserved for participants with need-based discount, and discount offers are granted to accepted recipients within two weeks of the application deadline.
