MMEA Session Proposal Form
Music educators, businesses, and organizations are invited to complete this form as an application to present a session/clinic for the 2025 MMEA Conference, October 15-17, in Great Falls, Montana.  Sessions will be selected on the basis of quality of presentation, innovation, timeliness of the topic, practical application, and programming balance.
 
Proposals are due by March 1st, but early proposals may receive preference.
Membership in NAfME is required to serve as a clinician for MMEA.
Notification of acceptance/non-acceptance will be made by April 1, 2025.
The sale of goods during a session is prohibited (please refer materials to a vendor).
Individual requests for a day or time cannot be granted.
Clinic sessions are 60 minutes or 90 minutes.
