Art Response Workshop
Join MAHA on February 17, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm for a discussion on how the Mindfulness themes are delivered in a concrete routine where art activities enable everyone to derive meaning from their traumatic experiences and achieve personal strength. This art response workshop will combine the benefits of mindfulness training within the structure of an art therapy framework and help you focus at the present moment during daily stresses and COVID-19 pandemic.
