2019-2020 Band Fees
Competitive Marching Band & Guard $525 ($50 discount per subsequent child)

Concert Band $30 per trimester

Jazz Band TBD: membership dependent

Winter Guard TBD: membership dependent (last year $600)

Winter Percussion TBD: membership dependent (last year $375)

Competitive Marching Band & Guard Payment Schedule
You may choose to pay marching band fees all at once or on the following payment schedule. If this fee is a hardship or you need to make other payment arrangements, please contact your student's band director.

June 7th--$150 due
July 5th--$150 due
August 9th--$125
September 6th--$100

Band fee payments can be made via Paypal or personal check payable to Westfield Band Boosters, placed in the brown box in the band room or mailed to Westfield Band Boosters. Our complete financial policy, mailing address and Paypal link can be found on westfieldbandboosters.org.
Parent Volunteer Commitment
Band Boosters holds several Fundraisers to benefit the general fund,
instrument fund or color guard budget. WE EXPECT AT LEAST 1 ADULT MEMBER OF EACH FAMILY TO WORK AT EACH OF THESE EVENTS. Many hands make light work! Parent Volunteer Commitment includes:

2 Football Concession Shifts
1 Basketball Concession Shift
1 Holiday Craft Show Shift
1 Shamrock Showcase Shift
Selling a minimum of 10 Band Blast Carwash Tickets

I understand that at least 1 adult member of each family is expected to volunteer for each of the above shifts. This volunteer commitment applies to ALL band students, including those in Concert Band. *
