This form is for Catering Stands and Fairground Attractions.
It is also for invited/contracted visitors including entertainers and non-trading bodies.

This is an application only, bookings are not fixed until any applicable payment has been made.
Once your application has been accepted payment may be required promptly to ensure reservation of stand.
(If your payment has not been acknowleged by 27th June please contact us asap)

Details on how to pay are below. You will be invoiced if accepted and can pay by bank transfer, bank credit/debit card or by paypal account

Charities and Discounts
Unfortunately, unless we invite an organisation as a guest, we are unable to offer any discounts to  charities or not-for-profit organisations due to the substantial costs and extra additional overheads in running the event

CHARGES 
    As agreed with committee by prior negotiation.

There is no provision of power or water to any location. Indoor stalls are provided with a table. Outdoor pitch is pitch only - you may erect shelter or gazebo, or agreed vehicles within the allocated area and must provide all your own equipment
