If you're going to be away for an extended period, you can request an adjustment to your membership through our Extended Time Guarantee. Since memberships are billed monthly, we’ll add one month to the end of your contract for each full month you’re unable to attend. Partial months (e.g., a month and two weeks) will count as one month. Simply complete this form to ensure your membership reflects your time away.
