PROCEDURE FOR PUBLICATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Publication requests for church and school must be received by Wednesday noon of the week/weekend of publication.
Send your information to Vanessa by submitting the Google form below. Flyers or photos can be either jpg or pdf format and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
. with suggested printing instructions.
All information is subject to approval by church and school administration, including pre-printed flyers or information. Please wait for a response email before assuming your event is approved.
Timing and recurrence of publication may be suggested and is decided by the Director of Communication.
All information should include who, what, when, where, and why where applicable and who is in charge or who to contact.
