Thank you for you interest in becoming a volunteer with Mentor Tutor Connection!

This form helps us get to know you a little better, and to gather basic information that we need in order to help us determine the best volunteering position for you.

Timing: It takes about 10 minutes to complete and includes questions about your interests, experience, contact information, and employment.

Program Eligibility:

MTC Tutors: 18 years or older, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

MTC Mentors: 22 years or older.

INFORMATION FOR PROSPECTIVE MENTORS AND/OR TUTORS

There are many factors that go into selecting and matching mentors with mentees and placing tutors in schools. These factors include, but are not limited to availability, fit, and timing. Mentor Tutor Connection ("MTC") respectfully reserves the right to decline to accept a mentor or tutor without stating a specific reason.

(Mentors only) When a mentor is matched with a student, the “match meeting” takes place on-campus at the student’s high school, during or after school hours. This requirement is in place to ensure that the first meeting is in a safe and familiar surrounding. After the “match meeting," the mentor and mentee will collaborate on future meeting locations and times.
