2018 Summer Training Hospitality Request
This registration form is for the saints who need hospitality during the upcoming 2018 Summer Training (Jul 1 - Jul 8). Hospitality is provided by the saints meeting in the church in Diamond Bar and the church in Chino Hills.

Please note:
1. The hospitality will be provided ONLY between July 1 Lord's day noon and July 8 Lord's day noon.

2. Maximum capacity of hospitality will be 10. Hospitality will be provided on "first-come, first-serve" basis. Registration will be closed when the limit is reached. We will confirm with you if your request has been accepted as early as possible. This way, in case your request is not accepted, you still have time to make other arrangements.

3. PSRP study sessions will be provided in both Chinese and English languages in the morning study times.

4. Three meals will be provided by the church in Diamond Bar. Please prepare a daily meal cost between $14-15. More details will be announced before the training starts.

5. If you have more than 3 saints from the same locality, and that there is at least 1 experienced driver, we recommend that you rent a car for daily commute (about 18 miles one-way from the church in Diamond Bar meeting hall to Bldg. 8 in Anaheim).

6. If you have children in your group, please take care the children with your own arrangement. There's no children service in the meeting hall during training period.

We would like to make these meals available to all the saints taking hospitality here, with a suggested donation of $4.00 US dollars each day for breakfast, $4.50 US dollars each day for lunch at the meeting hall, and $5.75 US dollars each day for the delivered dinner boxes at the training center. So if you choose to have all three meals, the suggested donation would be $14.25 US dollars each day. If you require 3 meals for each of the 6 days of the training, the suggested donation would be $85.50 US dollars. (The suggested donation amount is just a reference. We will provide the final amount few weeks before the training.)
