・Prohibiting Misleading Content / 公式サイトとの誤認防止:
Creating websites or social media accounts that mimic our official sites is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in disqualification from the program and rewards. We also reserve the right to request the removal of any content deemed inappropriate.
（公式サイトと酷似したデザインのサイト作成や、公式と誤認させるアカウント運用を禁じます。違反時は報酬対象外となるほか、不適切と判断した投稿については取り下げを依頼する場合があります。）
・Reward Issuance / 特典付与:
Rewards will be issued at the end of the month following the new resident's move-in date. （特典は、被紹介者様が入居された翌月末に付与いたします。）
・Code Management / 管理:
Referral codes are for use only by the registered ambassador and cannot be transferred. （紹介コードは、申請いただいたご本人様のみが使用可能です。）
・Account Visibility / アカウント設定:
Please ensure your account is set to public, as private accounts cannot be reviewed for the program. （アカウントが非公開（鍵垢）の場合は審査ができませんので、公開設定をご確認ください。）
・Disclosure Compliance Agreement [Required] / 広告開示表示（ステマ規制・FTCガイドライン）に関する同意
I agree to clearly disclose this partnership in all program-related posts by including designated hashtags (e.g., #Ad, #PR) or enabling the platform’s official "Paid Partnership" tag in compliance with advertising regulations.
（本プログラムによる投稿の際は、各種景品表示法および各国の広告ガイドラインに基づき、ハッシュタグ（#PR、#Ad 等）やプラットフォームの「有料パートナーシップタグ」を必ず明記してください。）
・Selection Notification / 選考結果のご連絡: Please note that we will only contact applicants who have been selected to join the program. Expect to hear from us within approximately one week of your application.
