2018 Montebello Pet Fair Vendor/Nonprofit Registration
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2018 Montebello Pet Fair. We are in the early planning stages for this year's fair, but we are ready to take applications from vendors and nonprofits.

The date of the fair is scheduled for Saturday November 3, 2018, 10am to 3pm. The location will be the same as last year's event (Montebello City Park). All vendor and nonprofit booths are 10 feet by 10 feet. All vendors and nonprofits must provide their own tables, chairs, and popup.

The cost for a booth location is $35 after October 19. Please note that vendors who sign up after October 19 should be accepted as a vendor for the fair, but those signing up after that date will not be included in the vendor list in our event booklet.

Educating event attendees
This year's event is all about educating the public on pet care and other topics that relate to pets. Would you be willing to have a hands on learning experience for the public at your booth to learn about a topic that relates to pet care or pets in general? If yes, please let us know what ideas come to mind right now. If you want to participate, but need time to think, please let us know that you'll work on something.We will have a passport type booklet for attendees to use to go to different booths around the fair.

Prize donations
We are looking for vendors who would like to donate a prize for our pet contest winners and our scavenger hunt raffle winners. We have three pet contests (best trick, best costume, cutest dog) and two educational scavenger hunt raffles. Prizes do not have to be pet related. If you donate a prize we will be giving you several shout outs from social media and from the stage on the day of the event.

Mini prizes and possible goody bag
When an attendee finishes the educational scavenger hunt they will get the chance to put their name into a raffle. We would like to give people the chance to win a small prize just for completing. This could be a pen, a sticker, a ball, sticky notes, anything that you might give out free at an event.

We may put together a goody bag if we get enough donations, but that only depends if we get enough. If we don't get enough any donations to the mini prizes will get your business/nonprofit a shout out on social media and from the stage on the day of the event.
