Describe your session idea in 200-250 words.
Give us a clear idea of your session's content, format and take-aways. For example: "This session is for people who want to...." "Participants will leave the session with...." "This is a hands-on session where we will show participants how to...." "Panelists will debate the merits of...." "We will present our research on..." Who will speak/facilitate your session?
Please provide names, affiliations, titles, emails.
Please review your proposed speakers/ facilitators. Have you considered aspects of representation, diversity, and inclusion?
This is a core value of MERL Tech. We would like to reduce/avoid "all male panels" (see
) and those that lack representation and/or diversity of voice and experience. For example, if you work internationally, consider including someone from a country office or implementing partner as a speaker/facilitator. Please contact us if you have questions....
Yes, of course!
Do any of your speakers/facilitators require travel support in order to attend?
Please indicate if participation is contingent on receiving travel funding. We have an extremely limited number of travel stipends (as in 2 or 3) and will not be able to meet all requests. Please contact us with any questions about this.
Yes, we have participants who require travel support in order to attend
No, we do not require travel support
