I acknowledge that my performance at the Missouri State Fair Fire Department may be reported to my home Fire Department/Chief/Supervisor. If you do not agree, please speak to a MSFFD Commissioner prior to submitting an application.

I am a member of the Firefighters Association of Missouri and in good standing. If not, please check with your home department and email Jamie Miller with any questions about membership.
