Request a Loft Check 
Thank you for your interest in the Leaky Homes Loft Upgrade.  This form is to request a loft check, to show if your loft is suitable for loft insulation.   

If your loft is suitable, we can provide up to 6 rolls of loft insulation for you to install.  This is free of charge for council tax bands A-D.  (The insulation is subsidised for other households and will cost £10 per roll for council tax bands E-F or £20 per roll for council tax bands G-H.).  This offer is funded by UK Power Networks.  

After the loft check our Energy Champion will provide a written summary report for your home and, if eligible, guidance on how to install the loft insulation.  The report may also include suggestions for other simple energy-efficiency measures and sources of support.   
 
All fields marked with a * are required and must be filled.  All data will be handled in accordance with data protection laws.  It will only be used by Energy Action Redhill and Reigate for the purposes of offering energy efficiency advice and materials.

Your Loft Check Appointment
Your loft check will take around 30 minutes - we will inspect your loft and run through a brief questionnaire.  Please advise which days you are available and we will contact you by text to agree a date.  
If you would like to reserve a specific appointment date (Tuesdays and Fridays only) please use our online calendar.  Your appointment will only be confirmed when you have also submitted this Request Form.

Terms & Conditions
  1. Completing this form does not guarantee that you will receive loft insulation.  To qualify, your existing loft insulation must be significantly below the recommended guidelines of 270mm and your loft must be suitable for additional loft insulation to be added.  This will be decided by a loft assessment visit, carried out by an EARR Energy Champion.   
  2. Any loft insulation or energy efficiency measures provided through this offer are for the householder's use only, within their own home.  
  3. Neither Energy Action Redhill and Reigate, nor its directors, accept any liability for issues arising from the use of loft insulation or other energy efficiency measures provided through the Leaky Homes initiative.
