We estimate that this will take you approximately 2-5 minutes to complete, dependent on how long you decide to spend on this form.

Why are we doing this?
The Hampshire Music Service, the lead partner organisation for the Hampshire CEP, put out a tender late last year to find an organisation to design a logo, whilst involving the young people of Hampshire. Demo Consultancies, an Andover-based business, was chosen to deliver this work, and so here we are!

What do I get for taking part?
At the end, if you would like, enter your email address and then we will put you in a prize draw where you will be entered for the chance to win a £20 Amazon gift card. We will only store your email address for this, and once the draw is over, it will be immediately permanently deleted.
