Confronting Anger and Hate
From the local to the global - A community/university dialogue
May 1, 2017
7:00 p.m. -9:00 p.m.
Beckman Center - 100 Academy Way, Irvine
.
Join us as university scholars and community leaders address questions that affect every level of public life.

Can town and gown together begin to chart a course back from paralyzing rage and spite toward the virtues that once made civil dialogue productive and religious discourse mutually respectful? Where have we gone wrong, and how can we find our way back to a remembered better way? How can we work to build a community resistant to anger and hate?
