Whistler Cooks Fine Foods was established in 1999 by founders Grant and Hilarie Cousar in Whistler, British Columbia. They built Whistler Cooks, as a catering company, to reflect their zest for mountain life and their love of Whistler’s character; this became the spirit behind their delicious food, and helped them grow to become the largest off site caterer and established food and beverage company in the Sea to Sky region.
Taking their passion for amazing food and mountain lifestyle, Whistler Cooks opened the doors to Hunter Gather in the spring of 2017. Whistler's eatery and taphouse focuses on locally crafted food and beer; a place for locals and visitors alike to come to gather and celebrate life. With the continued growth of both Whistler Cooks Catering and Hunter Gather, Whistler Cooks wanted to create small memorable moments with families & friends whether at home or holiday. This vision became Fridge Full, launched in 2019. Fridge Full allows everyone in Whistler to order our ready made meals made with locally sourced, fresh ingredients and delivers them right to our customers’ door.
In 2021, Whistler Cooks is excited to welcome Cranked Espresso Bar into our family; sharing the same passion for mountain culture, enthusiasm for life and passion for specialty coffee, drinks and eats.
No matter which part of the Whistler Cooks family you are based, our team is an enthusiastic group of people who love what they do. Everyday we strive to:
- create delicious food locally
- serve it up mountain style
