The information collected via this form will only be used exclusively for the purpose of setting up, communicating and running the study group over its duration, and will not be shared with any third party.
Some of this information might be aggregated with the other participants' and used in a summary paper/article.

The e-mail is required so you can receive communication related to the study group, including invites for the sessions, and will not be used for any other purpose.

The study group will start on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 (depending on your time zone) with a Meet & Greet session and AMA (ask-me-anything) followed by Session 1 for "Please Start Here" and Day 1 of the course, Session 2 for Day 2 and so on (every Wednesday at 6pm EDT and/or 6pm EDT) for a total of 14 sessions. The last study session will be followed by a 14th closing Session for reflections and feedback (can be repurposed for supplemental material discussions if needed). Duration of the sessions is 90 min with the possibility to extend them to 2 hrs.

Study material will be provided after you fill up this form and you can start going through it at your own pace so that you can actively participate in the dedicated discussions. A session invite, structure and assigned pre-session questions will be provided.

To completely benefit from the study group you will also need to acquire "The Deming Dimension" book by Henry Neave (multiple complementary references are made to it throughout the material). You can get a brand new copy from the publisher site (SPC Press - Books - requires order via e-mail, see procedure on the page) or from Amazon (The Deming Dimension: Henry R. NOTE: You will need to set time aside to study (approx. 8hrs per week) and come prepared to the discussions. Commitment is required to be able to benefit from this group.

Agreement
This will be a safe environment and under Vegas rules. We will be participating in good faith, respecting each other as individuals and respecting each other opinions.
All participation will be via Zoom with microphone on and video on to replicate as much as possible an in-person experience.
Participation is by free will and comes with the commitment to actively engage in the study group. Assigned material will be studied in advance and contributions will be made to the learning experience. Failing to do so can result in being expelled from the group.
The participants will abide by the group's session structure which can be altered with a majority consent.
The organizer will try to accommodate the requests of the group in terms of time, length and structure of the sessions within reason.
The materials used/shared in this study group are copyrighted and cannot be used, shared or quoted without obtaining consent from the author(s), unless otherwise indicated.
