Civic or non-profit organizations, Extension Homemakers, 4-H Clubs, FCCLA and FFA Chapters, schools, school groups and other organized youth or adult clubs are invited to display an unmanned, educational exhibit. There is no cost for the exhibit but reservation must be made no later than Wednesday, August 8 by contacting the Poinsett County Extension Office at 870-578-4490, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by completing this online form. Educational exhibit guidelines are as follows: 1. General Poinsett County Fair rules and regulations apply.2. Educational exhibits must be put in place by 5:00pm and must remain until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, August 20.3. All groups requesting space for educational booths must contact the Poinsett County Extension Office at 870-578-4490 or by emailing email@example.com. Space will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. Deadline to make a reservation is Wednesday, August 8, 2018.4. Educational exhibit space is 8’ deep, 9’8” wide, and 6’2” high. *Please note during sign-up if you need electricity.5. Groups must bring all needed supplies, including table, backdrop, and display materials.6. No person/person may stand at or with the educational booth. Groups wanting to man an exhibit should contact the Commercial Exhibit Chairman, Ann Parker at 870-578-5310.7. Ribbons will be awarded to the youth, school, and EHC exhibits.8.
