Organization Rate Eligibility For Pricing

Organizations with 501(c) 3 status or proof of pending applications are eligible for subsidized rates. East of the River non-profits within Ward 7 or 8 are in alignment with Building Bridges Across the River mission to provide equitable access to venues for additional fee subsidy. All organization applications will be verified by BBAR.

Venue Capacity

Mask mandate on campus is in effect. Contact tracing required for all events on campus. COVID Vaccine Card and/or Negative Test must be presented by attendees for all events on campus.

BBAR VENUES OF INTEREST:

THEARC THEATER (max 365ppl)

THEARC BLACK BOX (max 150ppl)

RECITAL HALL ( max 100ppl)

COMMUNITY MEETING ROOM (max 80ppl)

AMPHITHEATRE/LIVING CLASSROOM

SCHEDULING REQUIRMENTS

All event timeframes will include a load-in/setup, event time, and load-out. THEARC Black Box and Recital Hall are available for up to 5hrs. THEARC Theater availability up to 6hr period.

Building Bridges Across the River (BBAR) is the non-profit managing partner of THEARC venues which are available on a first come first come basis. Booking is subject to availability. Patrons are required to present vaccine cards or negative test to attend events. Mask mandates are in effect on campus.
