PHOTO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
By attending WE Wednesdays or other WE-sponsored gatherings, you grant permission for your image to appear in photographs and videos for placement on our website, social media, press releases, and through other communications channels that broaden public awareness of WE Women Empowered. You also grant us the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, and broadcast your images and recordings in any media now known or later developed without prior written approval. As a WE member, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless WE and it’s founders, members, and host locations and sponsors from and against any and all claims, losses, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or are in connection with your voluntary participation in WE.
