Thank you for your interest in Kate's Bakery! Please note that this form is not a guarantee of services but the first step in seeing if we are best suited to meet your needs. This order form can be used for small requests or large catering orders, but there are minimum purchasing requirements as stated below. Please also note that some items will require lead time for production.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION: 

ALLERGEN WARNING -  All flavors are processed and stored together. Potential allergens include: Egg, Milk, Peanuts, Sesame, Soy, Tree Nuts, and Wheat. Cats present in residential dwelling where food is prepared.

Minimum Purchase of at Least One of the Following:
  • Dozen Cookies - Mix and Matching Up to Three Flavors Per Dozen Ordered (See Available Flavors Below)
  • Bars: Increments of 12 or 20 - Only One Flavor Per Set of 12 or 20 (smaller cut bars can be requested)
  • Sourdough Scones: Increments of 6 or 12 - Only One Flavor Per Set of 6 or 12 Scones
Pricing Breakdown:
  • Dozen Cookies - $40
  • Bars - Set of 12: $57; or 20: $95
  • Sourdough Scones - Set of 6: $24; Set of 12: $44
