The Star City Strong Foundation is a newly-formed 501c3 nonprofit based in Roanoke, Va. We are working to eliminate barriers to participation in strength sports while strengthening the mental, physical and community health of everyone involved. 

Whether you're an athlete, event organizer, volunteer, spectator or all four - your voice matters. This survey helps us understand your needs, ideas and goals so we can grow together. While this survey have some questions directed at the sport of Strongman (where our roots are), it is open to anyone involved in the strength community.

The survey is anonymous. All survey responses are confidential. Information may be used in reports or shared publicly in a de-identified and aggregated way to support the Foundation's mission. No identifying details (such as name, contact info, personal anecdotes with identifiable details) will be shared without your explicit written permission. Providing your name and contact information is entirely optional and will only be used for follow-up if you opt in.
