COVID-19 Shared Experiences Project
We are living through an historic event; the epidemic is changing how we live our lives. The Ford Library is collecting stories about economics, social distancing, home schooling, and other ways the COVID-19 crisis has affected you - with the goal of documenting the present for the future.
Does your story show how important milestones in your family's life were altered during this pandemic - like religious services, weddings, graduation ceremonies, or birthday parties? Do you have projects for stay-at-home students, family activities, poems, or coping strategy tips? Do you have a funny story of doing things from 6 feet apart?
Our long-range goal is add a permanent Covid-19 collection to the archives. When the library reopens, we will be interested in hand-written documents, photos, drawings and oral histories. For now, events are still fresh in your mind, so please use this form to send your story.
All submissions may be shared on the library's website, social media, online archives, and in the archive room. If you have questions please contact the Archivist,
