Session Proposal 2020 Conference
Individuals seeking to present at the 2020 National Workforce Registry Alliance, Sept.08-11 are asked to complete this form by 5 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2020. In the event that the conference can not be held in New Mexico for 2020, a virtual conference platform will be provided during the same time-frame. In the case of moving to a virtual platform, instructions and tutorials will be provided to selected presenters, as well as live support.

Please keep in mind:
--- The proposal summary you submit here will be the summary loaded into our Whova Conference Program App.
--- Our attendees value having access to these learning tools in preparation for and reflection of their attendance. If selected to present at the conference, you will be required to provide your presentation PowerPoint and the session handouts for upload to our conference app.
--- If multiple, similar presentations are received, proposers may be asked to collaborate in a joint presentation.
--- One primary speaker is required for the proposal. Other speakers may be added, once the proposal is accepted.
--- Select 1 (one) topic area for your proposal. Listed topic areas are preferred, others may be considered.
--- Expect to bring your own laptop for your presentation.

*The Alliance encourages the submission of proposals from stakeholder groups such as Registry Software Vendors, Training Organizations, and National Collaborators. For the optimal experience of our attendees, we do not permit advertising, direct sales, or sales/purchases presentations during our sessions. We do, however, provide dedicated meeting space or exhibitor tables for conference sponsors to use in hosting round-table discussions, meeting with clients, or providing demonstrations of their goods or services.
