The Frida Cinema’s two 200-seat auditoriums have been home to lectures, concerts, live comedy, fundraisers, multi-media events, drag shows, fashion shows, gaming nights, children’s parties -- even three weddings! And of course, dozens of film premieres, film festivals, and student short presentations.
Auditorium rental rates start at just $275 per hour, and vary on day of week and time of day. Note that our pricing is per auditorium. Let us know if you’re a non-profit, educational group, or student filmmaker!
Our venue rental rates apply per hour, or any portion thereof:
- $275/hr – Mondays through Fridays | 8am - 2pm
- $300/hr – Mondays through Wednesdays | 2pm - 11pm
- $325/hr – Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays | 2pm – 6pm / 11pm – 3am
- $350/hr – Saturdays and Sundays | 8am – 3pm
- $400/hr – Saturdays and Sundays | 3pm – 6pm *
- $450/hr – Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays | 6pm-11pm *
* Three-hour minimum imposed.
20%-off Non-profit, educational group, and student filmmaker discount offered on all tiers up to the $325/hr level.
Live entertainment events, events for children and teens, and other event specifics may require third-partly rental insurance.
