River Crossing Bucks County Region 2025 Camp Changes and Cancellations Request

Thank you for choosing to attend summer camp at River Crossing YMCA! We are thrilled and grateful to serve as your summer camp provider of choice. All changes and cancellations must be submitted 14 days before the billing date.  Changes will be made based on availability. You will be contacted if your selection is not available to be placed on a waitlist or for other options we have available. Please complete one form per child.

  • If you need to cancel a camp registration, your deposit is non-refundable. 
  • If you need to change a camp, there will be a $10 change fee charged to your billing method on file. By completing this form you are giving permission to charge your payment method on file the $10 fee at the time of change.
  • Please see the dates below for specific dates.
  • No refunds or credits will be given for any change or cancellation made after being billed.
