Pilot Study- FIRST Alumni as Mentors Vs. Professionals as Mentors.

The goals of this survey are to see if teaching from a student perspective (purely experience) rather then that of a professional stand point (education) makes you a better mentor/teacher. I will be evaluating different teaching styles through the interaction between the students and fellow mentors along with what you describe in your experiences.
