Grand Traverse - Registration Refund & Teammate Transfer
A percentage refund will be determined by the following schedule, contingent upon the date you submit your Refund Request. Refunds will be credited back onto the credit card from which the registration was made.

Tiered Refund Schedule:
December 1st – January 31st – 75% Refund of Team Registration
February 1st – February 28th – 50% Refund of Team Registration
March 1st – March 24th – 25% Refund of Team Registration

Teammate changes are assessed a flat $25 processing fee. This fee will be collected from you upon Check-In at Athlete Clearance. Deadline to submit a Teammate Change Request via this form is March 24th
