During a three-year term, DSI Affiliates are expected to contribute to DSI research and operations by fulfilling at least two of the criteria below. In order to be vested and receive DSI benefits, you must complete one of these criteria. Please select the option that most closely resembles your contribution and provide additional detail describing the contribution in the included text box, including any relevant details such as dates, names, titles, journal names, funding agencies, etc. All contributions will be evaluated before acceptance.
