Schedule Your Tree Assessment with Altadena Green 

Thanks to continued support from the Arbor Day Foundation and Bank of America, we’re launching a new round of free tree assessments for fire-damaged trees in Altadena to support our community’s recovery and rebuilding. This grant funded effort is focused on supporting residents in West Altadena as our community recovers and rebuilds.

Please note:

  • Assessments are limited to 5 trees per property
  • Priority is given to West Altadena residents
  • If you are outside West Altadena, you may still sign up and will be scheduled if space is available; otherwise, you’ll be placed on the waitlist

How It Works
  1. Complete the form below
  2. Read and sign the Liability Release and Property Authorization Form (typed name required)
    We cannot schedule your appointment without a signed and dated waiver
  3. Our team will review your request and contact you as appointments become available
