Band Parent Volunteer Form 2021-2022
The HCHS Band could not function without the support of ALL of our band parents. Please note that ALL parents are expected to help with concession at least one night a year as well as help with the Lake Hartwell Marching Festival. By doing these 2 things you will help raise approximately $20,000 for the band program. Please fill out this form so that we may accurately communicate our needs with you.

Please check any and all areas in which you would be willing to help during the coming school year. You are not making a firm commitment, but letting us know where your interests lie. The appropriate committee chair will contact you as the date approaches with more information.
Band Camp: Assist with meals breaks and/or as needed. **PARENTS NEEDED
Lake Hartwell Marching Festival: Assist with all aspects of operations of the Lake Hartwell Marching Festival.
Band Chicken: Parents needed to be in charge of fundraiser and help with delivery
Band Fruit: Parents are needed to lead groups and unload/load fruit.
Hospitality: Provide refreshments for special events.Concerts, Festival, etc..
Construction: Help develop and build props and special equipment needed for the band.
Fundraising: Parents are needed to help with all aspects of fundraisers.
Uniforms: **REALLY NEED HELP HERE DURING BAND CAMP**
Public Relations / Publicity
Photographer and Videographer (Take Photos and Videos at all band Events, Develop slide shows)
Equipment / Prop Crew (Handling props on the field at all performances and some practices)
Equipment Truck Driver (We have 2 trailers and may need someone with a large enough truck to pull them)

Assist with Home Games
Concession Stand: Please select the section that your child belongs to.
It is necessary to have parents from each section working concessions at different home games. Please notice the night that correlates to your child's section. All parents are needed to work on the night that their childs section is scheduled. You should be contacted by the Concession Chairperson to let you know report time and duty assignment. Also indicate if you would like to work concessions for all home games.
