Crown City Chorale Online Sign Up

You can become a member of the Crown City Chorale by purchasing yearly membership of $200 or one of the sessions - Fall or Spring - $ 100. 

Please fill out this form and then find a link to payment on our Crown City Chorale webpage. You may also bring a check to the first rehearsal, issued to Musica Vitale. We hope to provide scholarships to those who qualify in the near future. Please check back to sponsor a Chorale member.


Refund policy in the event of withdrawal/cancellation is as follows:  
Notification of withdrawal prior to the first rehearsal: 90%  
Notification of withdrawal prior to the third rehearsal: 60%  
No refund thereafter.
