With the ever-increasing use of the Internet in both of our social and business lives, Hong Kong Association of Interactive Marketing (HKAIM) and Hong Kong Social Media Consortium are jointly presenting the Social 2.3 Conference to explore how to increase the effectiveness on promotion beyond ways of traditional marketing mix. Theme of this year is called "Ten thousand people, maybe more". This is all about how to use social media on customer relationship management (CRM). In Social 2.3 Conference, leading social media, agencies and advertisers will present how they use social media for engagement.
