Helping Hands OV Small Job Request Form
If you or someone you know needs help with a small job at home and the residence is IN Orangevale or Fair Oaks, please fill out the following form to the best of your ability.  Please submit only one form per request.   We ask that if you are able to find a friend, family member or neighbor to assist, please ask them first.  Helping Hands OV is a LAST RESORT.  We are here to help but are extremely small and limited.

I understand Helping Hands OV may be unable to find a volunteer to assist with my small job request or if my job is too large for the scope of a Helping Hands OV volunteer.  I understand that Helping Hands OV does not accept small jobs that need immediate attention as it does take time to find an appropriate volunteer. Any services that require professionals should be done by professional and licensed company. I understand that Helping Hands OV is not liable for any injury or damage to my body or any of my personal belongings.  Due to COVID-19, Helping Hands OV is not liable if I become ill and I understand the risk being taken if I am around other people.  Helping Hands OV is not responsible for any reimbursement for materials purchased to complete a requested job.  Any payment must be coordinated between recipient and the volunteer who is completing said small job.  I understand it is in my best interest to purchase any needed supplies on my own.  I understand that if I request for a small job to be completed by a Helping Hands OV volunteer, it was at my own will and done so with sound mind.  I understand that by providing my information above I give permission to Helping Hands OV to contact their network of volunteers and give my contact information to whom will be able to assist with my small job.   I understand it is my responsibility to coordinate directly with a volunteer to schedule when my small job may be completed.  I understand that Helping Hands OV does not provide ongoing services.  Any small jobs are one or two times to give a little help when needed.  I understand that I may be contacted and asked for more detailed information about my small job. *
