ALL TENTS MUST BE SECURED AND PROPERLY WEIGHTED to assure their tents don’t fly away and cause physical harm or damage to patrons, property or other vendors.

Crafters/Vendors not in compliance may be denied permission to set up their tents.

SPACE ASSIGNMENTS & SIZES

Booth/space sharing of a space is NOT permitted.

Booth spaces must be kept presentable and professional. Business names should be clearly displayed, prices clearly displayed, and any storage boxes should be hidden from view to avoid a trip hazard.

Space assignments are determined in a fair manner and based on the needs of the festival and product mix and placement of crafters/vendors are solely at the discretion of the organizers.

Crafters/Vendors must take all trash with them upon departing.

NO SMOKING AT THE FESTIVAL.

Space heaters, commercial appliances, cooking equipment, open-flame devices, and any flammable substances are strictly prohibited unless you are a permitted food vendor. Food vendors can apply for a food permit here: https://permiteyes.us/randolph/loginuser.php

Set up begins at 10:00 am & you MUST be set up by 12:00 pm.

Late arrivals will not be permitted to set up and their payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Vendors may not begin breaking down their space until the festival closes at 5:00 pm. 

It is disruptive to shoppers & your fellow vendors.  

Failure to abide by these rules could result in you not vending with us in the future.

APPROVED PRODUCTS

In an effort to have a balanced market, we review each application and will approve each applicant based on the products described in your application.

All Crafters/Vendors must obtain our written approval (email is preferred) to add any new items.

Crafters/Vendors are prohibited from selling any illegal products/services.

It is the crafters/vendors' responsibility to adhere to any and all Federal, State, and local laws pertaining to their products/services.

Crafters/Vendors are solely responsible for any and all permits and/or licenses to sell their products/services, Including, but not limited to a Massachusetts Tax ID number regardless of where your business is based. This is the responsibility of all crafters/vendors and not Braintree Pride.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

A crafter's/vendor’s payment is NOT REFUNDABLE and non-transferable.

If The Crafter/Vendor “no shows” on the event date and fails notify Randolph Pride prior to the event, they will forfeit their booking at future events.

In the event of inclement weather on 6/27, our event will be held on 6/28.

If you are unable or unwilling to attend on 6/28, there will be NO REFUNDS GIVEN.

Please be sure that you are available for both days before signing up.

Please be sure that you have read and agree to all rules before submitting application.

GENERAL:

Randolph Pride makes no guarantee regarding attendance volume. Randolph Pride will utilize multiple free & paid advertising channels. We will also share the event page, websites, marketing materials with participating vendors and require that Crafters/Vendors share in the advertising efforts by sharing and posting any materials we provide.

Randolph Pride attempts to hold a diverse market and wants to ensure quality products and a wide variety of crafter/vendor participation.

Randolph Pride reserves the right to add or amend any reasonable rules and regulations at any time during and prior to the operation of the event.
